Prince Harry’s visa files must be made public by Tuesday at the latest, a judge has ruled.
Judge Carl Nichols set the deadline to release the files
The judge, who sits in Washington, approved the redactions suggested by the Department of Homeland Security and said they were ‘appropriate’.
While it is not clear what material will be released, it could include forms which indicate whether Harry said ‘no’ when asked if he was a drug user.
The right-wing Heritage Foundation sued the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) last year after the agency, which oversees immigration in America, refused a Freedom of Information request for Harry’s files.
Heritage claims that Harry may have lied on the forms under the section which asks if he had been a drug user.
In his order, Judge Nichols, who was appointed by Donald Trump, said: ‘The government has provided the court with its proposed redactions to the documents…those redactions appearing appropriate, the government is ORDERED to lodge on the docket the redacted versions of those documents no later than March 18, 2025’.
But President Trump recently said he would not order him out of the country, while taking a swipe at Meghan, who he called 'terrible'.
In September Judge Nichols had refused the request from Heritage to release all the documents because the Duke had a right to privacy.
But after a hearing he reconsidered and said he wanted to reveal as much as he could.
‘In my view that has to happen’, Judge Nichols said during a previous hearing adding that wanted to make the ‘maximum amount’ of material public that he could.
Judge Nichols did however say he did not want to reveal Harry’s immigration status, meaning that there could be heavy redactions on some files

At the very least, Harry will be on his best behavior. After all, he’s a guest here in USA. No complaints, sir.
Be sure and click the link and scroll down to the comments at the Daily Mail. That’s the best part.
He’s going to need those drugs to put up with Me-again’s faux cooking.
I’m certainly no apologist for this inbred clown.
But he’s not bothering anyone. Leave him alone to deal with his wife - that’s
enough punishment right there
Could be the best thing for him, to be sent home.
It depends on whether their Archewell is getting or has received government funds. Likewise, who’s paying for their security? I believe “Betterup” which he’s CIO, has US military contracts. That doesn’t include possible political contributions and his opining our First Amendment is “bonkers..”
And the sooner the better.
Like Epstein files..we won’t find out anything useful
Weather’s real nice in Timbuktu today; 85* degrees in the shade! Harry could work on getting a tan, while handing out free samples of Meghan’s Boysenberry Jam. Meghan and the kids could learn to ride an elephant!
I’m taking a survey here, ANYONE in here Give a crap about this guy, or the content of the files?
ANYONE?
Don’t are courts have better things to do than this petty crap?
Not unless he shot JFK.
As I’ve said, I only give a crap if he or his foundation are getting taxpayer dollars from we the people. I also don’t like him using US vets, firefighters, police , military, etc for his photo ops.
Ping!
Someone in the DailyMail comments pointed out that he may have a diplomatic status on his visa, which would be troublesome indeed if he lied to get it. Diplomats get away with all manner of minor crimes because they can’t be prosecuted under the same circumstances as citizens. So it’s worth finding out what’s up with that.
Whiners are blaming Trump for “going after” Harry; but he did not instigate this investigation and lawsuit; Heritage Foundation did.
Yes, because no one, especially a Tory from England, should have special privileges in the United States. His visa application should be a public record and since he lied about drug use, he should never have been issued it.
Archwell gave 250k to Ashley Biden’s “charity”. Is giving to a fake charity deductible?
LOL 🤣🤣🤣
