Gray Narvaez-Dragion, who is transgender and uses they/them pronouns, and their husband, Nyx Narvaez, are going viral on TikTok for claiming fewer than half the guests who RSVP’d attended their $27,000 wedding celebration.
Narvaez-Dragion even accused their mom of deadnaming them on their big day. The Post has reached out to Narvaez-Dragion for comment.
One of their videos — which has gathered over 4 million views — pans around a nearly empty ballroom, where almost no one occupies the reception’s round tables or dance floor. “88 people said yes … not even 40 showed up,” Narvaez-Dragion wrote on the clip, posted this week.

I would have said yes then not gone explaining I define the word differently.
A crowd’s got to know its limitations.
Lol, you win the internet today!
I would have identified as an attendee and called it a day.
Well then...
If only half the guests attended the wedding, then...
They’re only half married, or it wasn’t a happy event.
Sue the those that did not attend after they explain why they didn’t show.
Don’t gripe. Get the reasoning. Might be surprised as to why they did not show. The truth is always unexpected at those type of events.
Half of the invited guests are either homophobes, or had better things to do.
Narvaez-Dragion added that “most of their money” was spent on making soaps, magnets and “spell jars” for their guests to take home. The couple will keep almost all of them, they revealed.
Oh, dear God, not that!
I assume the mom has been arrested?
Nyx Narvaez?
Reminds me of an oozing pustule...
“If I have a wedding this video has inspired me to put fine print stating if they say yes to rsvp and don’t show they have to pay a space and food fee,” another person shared.
I would have said yes...and not gone...and hope they paid by the plate.
LOL - good one.
I had to ask my wife what deadnaming was. When I learned, i was inclined to make a similar comment. But you beat me to it.
Sort of like people used to do to get out of attending Nero's Poetry symposiums.
As far as I know, no one has yet faked going into labor.
I figure it is coming.
Shows how shallow her friendships are, and how delusional she is.
Guess that No-Show spell worked!
Before I even read the trans part, I thought 27k was absurd. For a pretend marriage with at least one pretend gender as star of the day, it’s even more absurd. Most people would find it humiliating that so few showed up and would not broadcast it to the world, but it’s different for the me-me-mes.
For starters, don't spend $27,000 on a wedding.
Also, maybe don't expect your parents to show up for their daughter's wedding when they thought for years that they were raising a son.
