No contest? Shouldn’t even be an option for this crime.

The only crime was perpetrating robbing a powerful liberal. Had this been some regular case of a robbed and shot white man the perps wouldn’t have even gone to trial.

I am not opposed to heavy sentences in principle. But if he had kidnapped a child and murdered the walker, he would have gotten 12 years instead of 21.

21 years lock up for stealing an ugly skillet faced dog. Often zero time in jail for attacking and hospitalizing people on a subway, in a train station or just walking down a sidewalk. Our society has distorted priorities.

I’m curious what a 41 year-old dog-walker to a Hollywood star earns per year.

Wow he should have claimed to be female, he’d have only gotten 1/4 to 1/3 of the sentence.

The pop star's dogs were returned two days later by a woman who claimed she had found them tied to a pole and asked about Lady Gaga's offer of a $500,000 reward if the dogs were returned 'no questions asked.'Why didn't she offer a reward for info leading to the capture and conviction of the guys who shot her dog-walker?
Did Gaga give the dog-walker $500,000 as compensation for "pain and anguish?"
No, didn't think so!
Regards,
