This is a powerful surveillance tool often used by military and intelligence to collect unbelievable amounts of data with infrared cameras capable of seeing through obstructions and high-def cameras that can read license plates from the sky. It’s a Big Brother tool that would make Marvel’s “Hydra” proud, all wrapped up in a plane that could pass as a charter hop.
Following the loop of this particular plane reveals it originated at the Phoenix Deer Valley Airport. This almost certainly means it’s the spy plane used by the Phoenix Police Department. We have reached out to the department for confirmation and to ask about the case for this particular flight on April 30. With no major crimes . . . "

Hm. Wonder what have the mimes to say about this.
To understand the surveillance capability of this plane would require specific knowledge of how it was equipped by the purchaser. The stock version is just a nice, small corporate passenger transporter.
You cannot automatically assume it is the equivalent of the planes of that type as used by the US military as the linked clickbait article claims.
And that plane is not “circling” the audit venue, it is several miles to the west.
I’m not saying there is nothing nefarious about this, but there isn’t enough information to be sure.

Why is a spy plane circling the site of the Arizona election audit?
It may be there for nefarious purposes, maybe just training. Maybe there in case something goes down like a VBIED attack on the site they'll have persistent surveillance to back-trace where the vehicle came from.

BTW, the Pilatus PC-12/47E is the sort of plane that got former senator Claire McCaskill in trouble in her re-election race back in 2018. She claimed it was no big deal, that “anyone could afford one.” Then when the heat got too much for her, she sold it for $1.9 million. I don’t know if that’s the aircraft they’re talking about here.
