I was talking about how obama sr, grandma obama, and stanley ann traveled to mombasa from kisumu-(another link i was looking at)- the terrain between the two places is rough
Since it’s all still an open question, I just posted those sites for general references. It’s interesting to see the infrastructure of the area back then.
People keep acting like it would have been impossible for an African birth but those sites make it clear that travel was certainly do-able. Especially, since Stanley Ann’s whereabouts are undocumented during the pregnancy.
Just another option. Maybe somebody else finds the information useful or not.
