FR Rules clearly state that everyone is entitled to a mulligan on his opus. Additional mulligans are possible, but they have to be considered on a case by case basis.
Of course. I feel free, however, to consider any and all mulligans in the context of integrity and/or sanity ;). Looking at the track of Dr. Polka around the web, the latter must be very much considered.
If FR ran off all of the crackpots, what would the rest of us do? And, how would we run off all of the crackpots? Would we have a crackpot inquisition? I'd hate to be visited by the the crackpot inquisition. Why, they might even visit you.
I remember those crackpots who uncovered the Bush National Guard letters fraud. I'm glad we had those crackpots around.
And they weren’t liberal Hillary supporters or Bush bashers and they actually had a whole lot of credibility. They also did not offer advice to the lovelorn as experts, nor did they sulk, pout, and knock themselves out, or threaten to hold their breath until they turned blue when challenged. They conducted themselves with professionalism and did not try to make “examples” out of innocent prople...behind their backs, I might add.
You already have. It's called the press. Do you know how many websites and other organized efforts exist to map crazy people and/or terror suspects on free republic?

By assuming two or more unsubstantiated things, you have immediately provided answer to your own query ... forgeries are always the result of inability to acquire the proper documentation or to apply illicit data not available upon honest request.
