Dr Ang'awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.
Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. "I have forgiven you," she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang'awa.
One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang'awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.
A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang'awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. "My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers--Antony, Hillary, Charles and William-- have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer," she told the Sunday Nation.
At the time of her father's death, Justice Ang'awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls' high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.
The family lived in high-class government quarters in Upper Hill. Among their neighbours were Dr Njoroge Mungai, former President Kenyatta's personal physician, President Kibaki, who was then minister for Finance and the late Barack Obama Sr, father of American President Barack Obama.
The family was evicted from the house three months after Dr Ang'awa's death.

Obama Sr was in Nairobi in 1961, the link was previously posted. I also stated that Obama Sr was not with SOB when she delivered Obama Jr, so the fact that he was in Nairobi, did not matter that Jr was born in Mombasa 11 hours away, down Hwy A109 which was conjectured by Mic Taerg. I think if you read further along all of your questions will be answered...
In this case, those documents would not prove your innocence. Stretching all the way back to the 16th amendment in 1913, there is a legal basis for income tax obligations that has nothing to do with Obama. It is law, and you would be violating it regardless of who the current President is.
I suppose you could try the speculative approach of some kind of citizen nullification. That would be the kind of arguments you see here, more or less that since you think the President is illegitimate, the United States government has no legal right to call upon your obligations. I think that has zero chance of being accepted by a court.
What I can say right now is that the birth announcements did not come from any agency which reported all births - either the state registrar, hospitals, or local registrars. The only explanation which explains the observable data is if the announcements were placed voluntarily.
This begs the question of why both the Honolulu Advertiser and Star-Bulletin representatives who claimed knowledge of how things were done in 1961 said the announcements were from the “health department” - the very thing which has prompted people like Glenn Beck to mock those of us who haven’t drunk the media kool-aid.
Call me a conspiracy theorist, but it has now been documented that the DOH has deceived the public into trusting what the DOH knew to be a Factcheck forgery, and the documentation will soon be made public showing that the newspaper representatives also misled the public to trust the announcements as confirmation of birth records at the DOH.
IOW, the public sources for all the information the state-run media has been willing to print on this issue have all been proven wrong on the statements they made.
For now I won’t comment on Obama’s announcement itself. What we do know is that if it is genuine it still doesn’t say anything about what records the DOH had for Obama at the time - much less where he was born.

His father is Obama Sr, a Kenyan National, a protectorate of Great Britan in 1961, which would make Obama, at best, a dual citizen.
But, His mother was not physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than ten years, at least five of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years, she was 18 when Obama was born.
So...a dual citizen is not a natural born citizen, at best, a naturalized citizen. Mom cannot make him a US citizen either as she does not meet the qualification.
In truth, where he was born is not important.
He is committing fraud, because he is a constitutional scholar from Harvard, he Knows that he is not qualified, and ran, and accepted it anyway.
So you’re saying the tax issue wouldn’t work because the president is irrelevant to the tax issue. What about some other issue? For instance, since you say that a criminal accusation (by a DA, for instance) wouldn’t work - what if I filed a civil lawsuit against Lucas Smith for libel of my president (or whatever charge would work; maybe you could suggest something that could work since I’m a legal nincompoop. lol). He would then have the right to access any documents necessary to prove his innocence, wouldn’t he?

If Obama was born in Hawaii and his mother wasn’t married then he is an illegitimate child but, without a doubt, a natural born citizen. No one would freak over that fact though there would be a lot of heartbreak at some online sites.
The laws concerning the citizenship status of a child born to a single U.S. citizen (no father stated) within the United States is not spelled out in Federal Statutes - at least I didn’t find any reference. The only type of citizenship not appearing in statutes is natural born citizen. Hey, I’m not making this up! Go see for yourself. Google citizenship for sources.

I believe the above applies ONLY to an overseas (out of country) birth and not to a child born in the U.S. to a citizen parent (no matter the age) with the father unknown. In this instance I’m assuming BOH was born in Hawaii.
If the BC was later amended to add the father’s name, well, that certainly might change the child’s status. Do you get my drift?
Obama is known to have amended his BC. The question is, how did he amend that document?

She makes an official statement she has no authority to make. There is a developing pattern of deceit and political bias in the DOH. When you take it all into account you see a biased and confused DOH that appears to be running interference more than anything.
I will throw out one non-controversial change to a BC that may have been made as BHO gained prominence.
As a political figure BHO was always known as BHO Jr. He was never known as ‘II’. Then, during the run-up to the campaign, the ‘Jr’ started to disappear and be replaced with ‘II’.
He may have thought ‘Jr’ lacked the prestige of having Roman numerals behind his name and thus changed his BC. That could also be the reason for him to hide his college records. Image is everything to Zero.
I have no proof of that theory. Just thought it was interesting he was always ‘Jr’, then it changed it to ‘II’, but on the COLB we see ‘II’.
Haven’t seen it mentioned elsewhere and it would be a fairly innocent thing to hide that could explain his actions in hiding his past.
She mentioned the fact that Sr was not there for the birth when she was visiting her friends on Mercer Island. If I can find the source in my “dirt in wodpile” files I will post it for you eventhough it means going through over 400 files, and of those files I will confess I do not know which ones still exist. I am trying to be careful since I re-injured my already injured arm in a flyover accident and need a new shoulder for which I have been given a tentative date three years down the road.(You do not want socialized medicine in the U.S., the U.S. already has the best medical system bar none and I have experienced both so I am commenting from experience) In other words it hurts like hell to type, and I still have to re-read the long thread again to note which links are no longer active so I can advise other Freepers.

So your objection is that since I have evidence of her being CA of CPGH only before and only after Feb 19th 2009 Maganga must have been the CA on Feb 19th only to leave her the position again until June when he definitely was appointed.

My evidence, which you have seen, is far more conclusive than anything Lucas has been able to provide about Maganga’s being CA on Feb 19th 2009. Also it is far better supported than Lucas claims of friendship and conspiracy between Ang’awa and Obama sr which amounts to the two of them having both lived in Nairobi (not any small village)not necessarely at the same moment sometimes between 196o and 1970.
Also since you consider me a liar and a forger why don’t you apply your same objectiveness to Lucas and stick to fact. Lucas is a multiple felon on forgery charges including his attempt to sell a kidney. So who is making this personal Mr. Groundhog ? Oh yeah but Lucas has redeemed himself into a patriot. I don’t know much about Lucas’ life and nothing about yours but I am ready to illustrate that I have probably far better and more extensive patriotic credentials than Lucas has. You would also be surprised about my political views on many things. This is of no interest to the specific topic being discussed, but i am ready for a private conversation on this, which would have to be polite (since no one would be reading us).
