Do you know what the web archive is at acrhive.org? It's an archive of web pages over time. It crawls the net and archives websites as they were on a given date.

As I said in a previous post, if you go to the web archive of the Bomford annotated family tree page that was archived in 2006, you'll find David Jeffrey Bomford's entry along with the link to an image of his birth certificate. The certificate wasn't archived, but the archive shows that it was there as far back as 2006.

I did understand that. I know what the web archive is. What I was saying is this. If you are the most powerful person in the world, it might not be too difficult to alter the records there and hacking wouldn’t necessarily be the only way to do it.
