"I can promise you that the evangelical church will NOT vote if there is n one at the top of their ticket that espouses her views."
If the evangelicals arent "motivated" by SHILLARY, then they are a hopeless bunch of losers and no better than the left wing trash on the other side.
This election is too important to worry about the few who will throw a hissy fit and stay home because they don't like Rudy.
If he's the nominee he gets my vote.
WHOEVER the nominee is gets my vote.
I am not about to put my own views ahead of what is best for my country.

Oh, nice dodge; you tried to put words in my mouth and once again can't back up yet another of your posts.
The rest of your post is just boilerplate posted by somebody with nothing to respond with, like a macro. If I hadn't seen it a million times, I'd be offended.

So, in other words, you can't support your assertion, right? And what assertion would that be? Keeping the RATs out to prevent a US defeat needs a link?
You can't answer a simple question, instead, you ask a ridiculous question!
May be you're conserving your answers! LOL
To: Howlin
And then we cold just sit back and watch these same fools trash Fred! Actually, I would consider Fred Thompson. I don't know much about him, but what I've seen is fine so far. Do you have any idea how his views align with the Republican Party Platform and conservative ideals? Or is it all about picking the "most winningest" candidate despite his views?

Ping me when you trash me; it's considered forum etiquette, not that that would mean anything to you.

>>>>>The joke's on you if you actually believe that the poll results on FR reflect Republican primary voters overall. Its early and we have a long way to go. FR`s rightwing base is reflecting early conservative opinion about the candidates. Give the system a chance to work. Let the messages get out. Maybe it won't be Gingrich, Hunter or Tancredo who conservatives back in the end. But it definitely won't be Rudy Giuliani.

Not at all. To break it down into terms you (hopefully) understand, Rudy is the abortion-lover and people who support Rudy are his fans. Maybe "lover" isn't the perfect term, but he sure does support it.

Are you insinuating that people who support Rudy or who don't agree with you are abortion lovers? Anyone who supports Rudy must love abortion because Rudy is the most pro-abortion major Republican presidential candidate EVER. Name one other presidential candidate who has received awards from pro-abortion groups, calling him a champion of the abortion cause.

"Don't you think Rudy will gets votes from people who did not vote for GWB, especially in the Northeast and Industrial Midwest? Remember that Reagan won NY and NJ twice."
I think that many of those that didn't vote for President Bush in 2004 ( but otherwise would have) based there vote more on the war in Iraq. That cost lots in 06 also.
So to answer your question on Rudy getting those votes...Is he going to run as anti-war?
IMHO, no he wont get those voters.
The greatest majority of the RAT voting block will pull the handle for anything with a D after the name. They can run a moderate, liberal, radical leftest, or and out and out Communist and they will still get most of their base.
I don't think the GOP has those options IMHO.
To: You Dirty Rats
I suspect that there are a LOT of GOP operatives out there who, after eight years of GWB, are not going to be enthusiatic about another candidate perceived to be from the religious right -- especially if the candidate is unknown.Precisely.

As we have all seen here, Rudy cannot accomplish the necessary coalition to win.Delusional in the extreme. The posters on this thread speak for themselves, not the electorate.
To: Spiff
So, the liberal candidates are the "winners" and the conservative candidates are the "losers".Well, there's your problem: somebody set your phaser to ignorant.
You either have a reading comprehension problem or you're deliberately misconstruing things people post to you.
I pick Door Number Two, Monty.

Please review your post 340. I merely asked you to back up your assertion, which you are failing to do.

I am motivated to maintain human life in the womb.
It's funny how some want me to sacrifice my own goals for theirs.
In the areas most important to me, there is no difference between Hillary and Rudy. That's how the church sees it too, and I sure hope he doesn't make us prove it.
