That sounds vaguely similar to the old Soviet Union calling certain dissenters "psychologically disturbed" because they disagreed with communism for whatever reason (whether religiously so or politically so). They didn't put them in prison, but "re-education camps" instead -- for their own good, of course.

And so -- here on Free Republic -- if one answers various people and says more than another person wants to hear -- now we're "spamming".

I see the "ole mentality" of the Soviet Union is alive and well (at least in some people's minds)...

If you keep posting the same thing, over and over again, to the same thread, that IS considered to be "spamming" here and against posting rules. It is also against FR's rules and considered to be spamming, if you post the same thing to various, different threads.

You've an oldish sign-up date....why don't you know the rules here?
