1)He has signed an agreement with the Feds to have Mass highway patrol troopers pick up illegal aliens, an agreement he has been working on over a year?
2)He has sued the Democrat liberal legislature to put a voter initiative on the 2008 ballot defining marriage to be between a man and a women only?
The Mass supreme court will convene on Dec 20th to decide whether to force the legislature to vote on matter #2 when they return from recess on Jan 2.
