Nice try, but that comes out of the employees salary and the employee who is responsible for that tax. Withholding is a service provided by the employer mandated by the government. By your logic none of the money withheld from your paycheck is paid by you, so in fact you don't even pay income taxes. Another one of your nonsensical arguments.
