You will never get a legitimate post by behaving like a silly, little antagonist. You are quite uninterested in anything but seeing how much damage you can do to those who know what damage your buddy, Lincoln has done and continues to do via those who have been fooled. Your posts are to the point where they are fast becoming unintelligible. Do you understand? And, if you can get it through that thick skull of yours,...DON"T POST BACK TO ME UNTIL YOU HAVE SOMETHING INTELLIGENT TO SAY......

Well, I guess you won't be hearing her again.

Okay. Here you go. McClellan's "cunning plan" was actually two plans. He didn't present them to Lincoln, he presented them to Winfield Scott, who was still commanding general of the United States Army at that point. Scott listened politely, told McClellan that they were interesting, but then pointed out that logistical impossibility of both of them. By the way, both of them involved invading the south and destroying her armies.

Furthermore, Lincoln never said that he wanted to "bring the south to her knees." If you've got some evidence of him saying such, please show us. I'm sure historians (and historical fiction writers) would be interested.
