Firefighters drain a lake, Tuesday, July 26, 2005, in Oranjestad, Aruba searching for Alabama teenager, Natalee Holloway, who vanished nearly two months ago while vacationing in the island. Gary, my children were potty trained by 18 mnths in the not so dark past, the youngest is 29. Children can be trained and without any fuss earlier than two. I think it is a lost art what with size 6 pampers and all.

The bottom line is Natalee has not been found dead or alive. After all the searches and the rumors and leads and duct tape etc etc etc.
I think its all a massive coverup and a wild goosechase.
But as I read somewhere (another board) and it brings up a good point, were those 3 teens actually sophisticated enough to be able to hide her this well? Or is there someone certainly more well connected that orchestrated this whole thing?

I monitored this thread most of yesterday and you are so right --- the sniping was out of hand. Some people think this thread is their own private domain. Not so, and I for one, am running out of patience with the smarmy attacks on posters who are not a part of the clique.

The "abuse hits" to the mods are way out of hand. People have differing views. No big deal unless they personally attack Natalee and her family members.

It really is unfortunate to come here bright and early and sift through the pages looking for news on Natalee only to find a bunch of backbiting.

Please don't get me wrong, txrangerette. You have done a phenomenal job!! Your reasoning is well thought out and persuasive. From the beginning, I have been in agreement with you, though was not able to articulate the argument as eloquently as you have.
My only point is that it is hard to call anything a fact when there is information that has not yet been disclosed. Though it is an infinitesimally small possibility that she went back to the room for something (unlikely as it may be), it is still a possibility. I acquiesce that to the people on the other side of the argument.
And basically, I am just working off of an excess of caution. That's why I keep saying, "We shall see." It is my view that you and I will be proven right as more information comes out. And I think that when the FBI, TES, and PIs get into that Raquetball Club condo, the pond, and the landfill, we'll know more about the timeline.
Until then, though, nothing is ruled out. Not even Venezuela!
