I have seen some (especially from the southeastern part) that are darker than any Mexican I have ever seen, and their skin color can look almost black.
If the whole thing is about skin color, I would think the Asians are being held back more than the Mexicans. No?
It is unfortunate that the issue of differing race gives folks the impulse to capitulate in the face of a serious problem defeined by legality, magnitude, culture and many other parameters.
The folks afraid to call it like it is are so afraid of being labeled racist that they have lost their will....their cajones.
Are Rush, Hannity, Elder, Liddy, and nearly all of conservative talk radio racist too.
The mere fact that there is arguably "some" racial aspect to all this is not a good enough excuse not to act.
Does anyone know of another example in history where the predominate culture in a society capitulated without firing a shot because of guilt for things they didn't even do?

BUT...some of the open borders advocates here are actually anti-anglo because of their own issues. I suppose that is not racist though.
Asians are losing preferential status because they are too damned smart.
I've met Asians darker than my mother who don't hesitate to tell my sister and I that they're white and we aren't. Hispanics too. I don't see what the big deal is.
