Heat doesn't reduce my appetite that much, vigorous exercise does that to me for a few hours.
I had a great salad, fruit, turkey, pot roast, orange chicken, pizza, teriyaki chicken wings, dressing, cake, baked chicken and a little ice cream for my lunch/dinner.
I ate a little of everything.
I'm back for a few minutes. I think I'm going to go to bed soon (and it's only 10:30!).
I finally got around to making dinner about an hour ago - chicken pot pie.
For some odd reason, I have a craving for cantaloupe now.
