How comforting. I'm happy with Hobbes, so I don't need much space...as long as I don't have to bring all my "STUFF" with me...;o]
Since in outer spaace, outside means you need a spacesuit, you won't even need a winter coat.
You won't need pots and pans or cookware, unless it's your hobby. Anyone living in the cell rooms would be there only for sleeping, study and/or entertainment, and other private functions. Most other activities would be in the community.
Of course, families would have a different arrangement.
