Yepper! It's not "warm" here until it's over 95...at least, for me. But my normal body temp is pretty low, so I rely on the sun to warm my blood...;o]
Otherwise, I always carry a shirt, jacket or other type of extra "warmth". I think I'm the only person I know that puts a jacket ON to go indoors in the middle of summer...
