It is way too pretty a day to be spending it at work.

I noticed the zot threads, when I got my pings opened up I saw that I missed all the fun.

Solitare has awakened up to having power.

Jackie used to bully the heck out of her over food. She wore her legs out pacing back and forth between bowls. Solly wouldn't challenge her and Jackie wouldn't eat for marching and grousing.

This morning Solly cleaned her bowl out and pushed Jackie out of the way and ate her portion as well.

Jackie is about to learn manners the hard way.

I can handle cold much better than heat.

Of course in Ky when it is 90F, the humidity is usually 98% as well. It's like trying to breathe water.

Air you can drink, and water you can't, is exactly why I left Tek-sus for AZ. I love the heat, but only if it's dry. I never felt "clean" in TX because as soon as I got out of the shower, I was wet again. UGH!

It's nice, here! I LIKE it!

Dogs, like most animals, will find their own "pecking order." Of course, sometimes, it's a little difficult to let them work it out on their own...

For us here in Mi it's a beautiful day. I SHOULD be out there but I'm inside on this computer! I really can't handle too much sun. Makes me break out in freckles. I'm one of those who get's burned, freckled, then goes back to light skin. It's the CURSE OF THE RED HAIR

I'm quite familiar with the red-hair thing. My sister is one of those who burns, peels and just gets more freckles. I am the only kid in the family who has straight dark hair and no freckles. Ever. Anywhere. And I'm taller than the rest of them, too, including the boys. *sigh*

Wow, I could use you around my house! I'm only 5 foot tall and I can't reach anything!! I had to buy one of those "Gophers" to get stuff down out of the cupboard!! Ok, red hair AND short. Not that's 2 problems...LOL

Yes, I know how being "short" works, too. My nother was 5'1" and from the time I was 12, I was always "volunteered" to reach the things on the top shelves. Funny how that works, huh? ;o]

I was born too soon! When I was in school I was the ONLY red head. I heard all the funny jokes...D'rather be dead than red on the head...Carrot top, Carrot bottom (carrots really are red on the bottom) That was a real funny one!

Now EVERYONE wants red hair. EVERYONE!! Now I'm coloring mine to keep the gray away! Life's just not timed right!

In the three years I lived in TX, I think we had three weeks of sunshine. The rest of the time was either overcast, foggy, marine layer, or rain. And the days that were sunny, the heat index was usually around 100. Yrch!
