Before you link to their website (next thread) be aware that this is now on their emails "As of August 1, only subscribers to the SITE Institute Intelligence Service will receive email alerts from the SITE Institute."
I've emailed them to ask for further info regarding subscriptions as this is something new. In the past you just signed up to be included on their email list.
From my post # 528 "Jihadist seeking advice on how to destroy a "Zionist structure" in a non-Arab country" and your reply at post # 538 "The Vatican?!". I wouldn't think it's the Vatican they were referring to as it is not a Zionist structure (even though we have been thinking of the Vatican as a possible target).
This is another email I received from SiteInstitute yesterday. Again, it is not up on their website (yet):
How to carry out remote detonations through cellular phones
Instructions were recently posted on a jihadist website on how to detonate explosives through cellular phones. The message recounts in detail how to re-wire the ringer together with the battery of a cellular phone and a detonator. The posting includes a link to a very brief video of such a contraption exploding.
in reference to the jihadists seeking info on a zionist structure "resembling the pentagon", "somewhat high", and "easily accessible"...that one kinda scared me.
i work in a federally owned building in indianapolis that is 2nd only to the pentagon in terms of size. instead of a pentagon, it's a sort of figure 8, with 2 inner courtyards. it's 3 stories tall, houses about 3,000 employees, and recently completed a $125 million renovation. this building houses the defense finance and accounting service, one of several regional centers (including columbus, denver, cleveland, and pensacola). one of its primary missions is the pay and allowances for the u.s. army, all appropriation and accounting activity for army, and all transportation payments to vendors for army and other services.
in other words, it's a nice target, easily accessible (all land around it was privatized by the base closure commission back in the 90's).
i seriously hope this isn't what the jihadists were referring to, because i'm paranoid enough when i go there as it is. federal protective service does a good job there, but i'm not sure they're up to this sort of challenge.
Any Tm'rs in this area go make some noise!
I will link to them for their info/WOT resources as an ally in our fight
