I'm back! 60 minutes!

OK- I was looking over alot of jihadi writings and such last night- also those maps- the one of the fractured US and the one of the Red Cross post- disaster cities. If you compare the two maps, there do seem to be distinct correlations- particularly along the east coast. For example- where the jihadi map shows a city carved away- the red cross map shows a dot.

The midsection is different. Here- the Red Cross map shows little- the jihadi map shows 3 major hittings. IMO- just a guess- the three major explosions on the jihadi map are the S Asian nukes- which are apparently much larger ones.

If it is accurate that these 3 nukes were serviced by the Russians, we are talking about nuclear war with Russia in the near future.

Also- reading back over some of Jill's stuff from the forums- it does seem to me:

1. Bio has most likely already been dispersed (restaurants/trucking/high buildings/possibly July 4-6

2. Ag-terrorism has already occurred (wheat/watermelons/etc)

3. fires and power outages- obvious

4. trial runs for chems in subways (ie Philly) obvious

5. trial runs for rail system NY-DC-Philly- obvious

So, IMO, the Cave of Darkness Operation has begun.

One of the things they want to do is to cut our military off from resupply. Hence- RICHMOND is on the red cross list- major resupply for our forces overseas. FT MYERS- on the list as well- communications

I think we probably have about a week or so before they decide to launch the nukes. If it is true that we found one- they are going to be concerned about us finding the others. This may well cause them to speed up operations.

From Jill's info--it says clearly that DC will get nuked. There is talk about placement in terms of prevailing winds- to create the most devastation possible. NYC is to be nuked and to receive weaponized anthrax (recall jakel image of blood pouring out of the city) Las Vegas is to get chems in hotels and a dirty bomb. Not sure about Seattle- but from the pictures- a nuke looks likely. LA- nuke. Harrisburg PA is also to be taken out- method not clear.

I had thought that they would hit London first- then us. However- it looks like they are going to try to pull things off simultaneously.

AQ has the assistance of the Russians, IMO. China awaits the AQ hits to annex Taiwan.

We are up against an incredible array of weaponry and hatred. We may need to consider preemptive strikes--I don't know--I am not a military person--but I fear that they have us cornered.

Ok- enough morbid stuff. Thank you for letting me vent.

RUSSKIES SHAKING THINGS UP A BIT:

Russian President Shakes Up Top Military

story.news.yahoo.com/news...med_forces

MOSCOW - President Vladimir Putin (news - web sites) on Monday dismissed the military's chief of general staff and other top military and law enforcement officials, in a move widely expected after a devastating assault by militants in southern Russia last month.

Putin dismissed Gen. Anatoly Kvashnin as military chief of staff and Gen. Vyachelsav Tikhomirov, the head of the Interior Ministry forces. He also dismissed Anatoly Yezhkov, deputy director of the Federal Security Service (FSB), the main successor agency to the KGB.

Also dismissed was commander of the North Caucasus military district, Mikhail Labunets.

The Russian military, Interior Ministry and FSB all are involved in Russia's campaign against separatist rebels in Chechnya (news - web sites). Yezhkov was the FSB's top official for the North Caucasus.

The shakeup follows last month's attack by militants on police facilities in Ingushetia, which borders Chechnya; 90 people were killed in the brazen, well-coordinated assaults.

The military's inability to block the massive assault by hundreds of fighters underlined Russian forces' weaknesses in the region and undermined Kremlin claims that Chechnya and the North Caucasus region in general are stabilizing.

Kvashnin is to be replaced by Col. Gen. Yuri Baluyevsky, formerly first deputy chief of the general staff.

Baluyevsky is seen as well-inclined toward the West. In April, after NATO (news - web sites) expanded its membership to include several ex-Soviet republics, Baluyevsky struck a conciliatory stance, saying that Moscow would closely watch the alliance's activities in the new Baltic member states, but wanted to avoid taking military countermeasures.

(I sure don't believe the last line---pure feint)

NORTH KOREANS GETTING FEISTY

abcnews.go.com/wire/World/ap20040719_1.html

July 19, 2004

North - South Korea Military Talks Canceled

By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

Filed at 12:05 a.m. ET

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) -- A round of military talks between North and South Korea that had been scheduled for Monday was called off after the South accused the North of violating a sea border, the South said.

It was unclear if the border dispute caused the cancellation, announced in Seoul after the North failed to respond to Seoul's request for the meeting.

"As we have agreed to hold working-level talks to verify dismantling of propaganda signboards along the Demilitarized Zone, we suggested on July 13 that we negotiate the schedule and the venue of the talks on July 19,'' South Korea's Defense Ministry said in a statement.

"However, the meeting apparently was canceled due to the North's lack of response to our request,'' the statement said.

The Demilitarized Zone separates the two Koreas.

The Defense Ministry expressed its regrets and urged the North to confirm that the meeting would take place ``as soon as possible.''

On Sunday, South Korea's military said a Northern boat entered waters controlled by the South.

The North Korean boat sailed into South Korean waters off the west coast and sailed back to the North after 30 minutes, the South said. Seoul's navy said it made five radio warning broadcasts, but there was no immediate reply.

On Saturday, North Korea's navy denied intruding into South Korean waters after another, similar charge by the South, and accused the South of spreading lies and ``playing with fire.''

North Korea doesn't recognize the western sea border drawn by the United Nations at the end of the 1950-53 Korean War.

North Korean fishing boats and naval patrols often cross into South Korean waters. Southern navy ships occasionally respond with warning shots. Vessels from the two navies fought deadly skirmishes in 1999 and 2002.

GEORGIA ON THE BRINK?

2004-07-19 14:17 * GEORGIA * SOUTH OSSETIA * TSKHINVALI * SHELLING *

CONFLICTING REPORTS ON EXCHANGE OF FIRE BETWEEN SOUTH OSSETIA AND GEORGIA

MOSCOW/TSKHINVALI/TBILISI, July 19 (RIA Novosti)

In the early hours of Monday, the capital of South Ossetia Tskhinvali was shelled from mortars and grenade launchers, Irina Gagloyeva, the chairman of the information and press committee of South Ossetia (self-proclaimed republic in Georgia), told RIA Novosti over the phone.

"We were shelled from about 11 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. with a small break," she said. "A concert was held on the central square but it had to be cancelled." In her words, the shelling was not targeted and there were no victims.

The spokeswoman for South Ossetia denied reports that South Ossetia had shelled Georgian settlements. "We did not open fire," she stressed, "our subdivisions have received clear orders not to."

Alexander Sukhitashvili, the police chief of the Shida Kartli district (Goriisky region of Georgia, neighbors South Ossetia), said that South Ossetian armed formations had shelled Georgian villages all night long. "The Ergneti settlement and Georgian settlements Didi and Liakhvi, were under fire all night long," he said. "The attack was from submachine guns and grenade launchers." He also stressed that the Georgian side did not return fire.

In regard to the incident on Sunday when Georgia detained a vehicle containing anti-tank guided missiles (ATGM), Ms. Gagloyeva said, "none of the departments in Tskhinvali had anything to do with it. The man who was transporting the shells is a private person, a taxi driver. It is unclear where he obtained these weapons. Ms. Gagloyeva did not rule it out that this driver was "a dummy."

At a press conference on Sunday, Georgian Interior Minister Irakly Okruashvili said that Georgia's interior troops had had confiscated a truck containing ATGMs in the Tskhinvali district (Georgia's name for North Ossetia), the conflict zone.

"At about 7 p.m.," the minister said, "a truck loaded with Fagot ATGMs was detained near the Georgian settlement Kekhvi."

According to him, the truck was unescorted and the Ossetian driver was detained and interrogated. The truck was going from Tskhinvali to the Dzhavsky district.

The minister ruled out the possibility of the cargo belonging to Russian peacekeepers. According to him, it was very likely that the cargo belonged to the South Ossetian authorities.

Soon, all Georgian posts in the district will be reinforced with interior troops, said the Georgian interior minister.

The presidential press service told RIA Novosti that last night Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili, Mr. Okruashvili and State Security Minister Vano Mirabishvili visited the Tskhinvali district.

Mr. Saakashvili visited the interior affairs headquarters, situated in the Eredvi settlement, as well as the adjoining territories.

When talking to representatives of the interior troops, he said that the weapons (one truck with Fagot ATGMs) confiscated on Sunday evening from the Ossetian side would not be returned.

On Monday, July 19, the Joint Control Commission will meet for another session in Tskhinvali, where representatives of the four sides - Russia, Georgia, South Ossetia and North Ossetia (a Russian republic) - will discuss the incident.

The commission has been controlling the situation in the Georgian-Ossetian conflict zone since 1992.

Repeated transmissions of secret data from Los Alamos nuclear weapons lab to unclassified e-mail under investigation...

Classified data is NEVER permitted to touch unclassified machines. Classified data is never permitted on computers connected to the internet. The fact that this happened is an act of intentional espionage. Someone needs a day in court followed by an afternoon at the range...as the target.

Off- topic- but perhaps not for long (from Coast to Coast)

China & U.S. War Scenarios

Cyber-war columnist, Charles R. Smith (softwar.net), presented various war scenarios that he believes could occur between the U.S. and China.

He suggested that if China decided to attack Taiwan in an attempt to reclaim the land, the U.S. would likely become involved.

For instance, he said China might launch a missile strike against Taiwan, set up a blockade around the country, and then target American aircraft carriers with satellite technology, which would lead to an acceleration of conflict.

Smith also discussed various outcomes and strategies that might be played out in a nuclear exchange between the two countries.

In the case of China destroying Los Angeles and Hawaii with nukes, the US would certainly retaliate, but he said instead of just a massive "waste 'em all" response, America might choose an "Option B" approach which would involve "precise strikes," some non-nuclear, aimed at China's leadership.

He is not convinced that the counter-scenario of "engagement theory," i.e. America's active role in pumping up China's economy through trading, is serving as an effective discouragement to war.

We have taken China from "agrarian communism," to a "fascist regime," he commented. Smith's new book "Deception," due out in the fall, will chronicle military deals and the sale of American technology to countries such as China.

Bus Stop Bomb in Russia.
http://www.news.com.au/common/story_page/0,4057,10190145%255E1702,00.html

July 20, 2004

A BOMB exploded at a bus stop in a Russian city today, killing two people and wounding several others, the Interfax news agency reported.

The blast took place around 8.15am (2.15pm AEST) in Voronezh, about 475 kilometres south of Moscow, the regional office of the Federal Security Service said.

A 26-year-old woman was killed and one of the wounded was in a critical condition in a local hospital, the security service said, and Interfax later reported that a 23-year-old man died of his injuries. It said one other injured victim was in intensive care, while three had been released from the hospital.

The victims were passengers in a taxi van that had just moved away from the stop, the security service said. Authorities said the bomb exploded several metres away from the stop.

Interfax cited a local police official as saying the bomb had the explosive equivalent of 500 grams of TNT and that it had been placed in a garbage container.

A nuclear bomb in several cities would effectively destroy the world economy and essentially send us back to an agrarian society. Technological knowledge would be abundant but useless without the money to re-build and re-design the machines that bring convenience to our lives.

The consequences of such horrific acts are mind boggling. Only God could save us in that event.
