I have had to deal with watching my cats as they passed on - whether it's by the vet because of cancer or just from old age. But I can't imagine having to deal with something like you just went through. I am so sorry. :-(
That has to be the worst feeling aside from losing family. Well, people family.
My cat's last moments were all I could think about for a while. It took time before I could remember him as he was. Sometimes I will dream about him and he is still the same as he always was.
