Well,I hear that, sweetie, and ordinarily, I would agree...
but the last time we thought we had a sure thing, we went out to dinner the night before, and they flaked on us AGAIN
( despite REal Estate Shark saying "This time for SURE!")
And THEn it was a real mess having to tell Caitlin, "No honey, the deal fell through... " And she has been SO good for nearly a year now, not asking for stuff, and helping where she can.
So i am REALLY reluctant after all of this to get out my dancing shoes.
