Good morning! I am sorry I disappeared yesterday. I got involved in the live thread that started with the Congressional Black Caucus, then the House vote on Speaker, then the President's speech, then the dustup in the Senate.
I also went to see my mother yesterday afternoon.
I see everyone was quite busy here yesterday. I just sent a private note to Guennie, and I hope she comes back soon.
I am most gratified that the judges, including Pickering and Owens, are being resubmitted. Yet another thing happening that the gloom and doom types told us would never happen. Ha!
I am fascinated with Frist's leadership style, which I think we will see has the Rats running in circles pretty quickly. Warms the cockles of my heart, it does! HA!

Good morning! I am sorry I disappeared yesterday. I sort of disappeared yesterday, too. GAO was in the building, and we had a meeting with them for two hours yesterday afternoon. Of course, that meant most of the morning and early afternoon was prep time.

Dr. Frist commands respect from everyone, and that is a good start. I think the left will have a hard time demonizing him. If they do, it will backfire.

This could be real fun to watch!!
