Did they rob the actual bank, or rob a Wells Fargo truck? Just curious.

Nope, not Ricci's friends Remington and Young, I guess.They're in jail.

I remember reading something about Ricci having implicated Remington as to some crime. Can anyone help refresh my memory as to this? Ricci and Remington were both being prosecuted by the feds for that Sandy bank robbery in November. Ricci would definitely have had a clear-cut chance to greatly reduce his sentence on that one, if he'd provided the fed police with substantial assistance about others involved in the crime. This makes me wonder if somehow Remington or Young might have wished Ricci dead.

Those things do happen among federal criminal defendants.
Of course, militating against this possibility here is the fact that Ricci seems to have been the most culpable in the Sandy bank robbery (he reportedly went in and waved the gun and all.) So if he was the main guy, seems the feds would have been trying to get Remington and Young to provide substantial assistance in their prosecution of Ricci--not the other way around.
