Do you think computer experts could figure out what was left at the dry cleaners and when?

Seeing that ALL of that info is on the ticket, I assume it also is stored in their computer, at least for a while, and should be on backups. If that INFO would have helped the PROSECUTION, they would have gotten it. Since I imagine it would only have proved the LE's planted evidence, you will never see it.
