It's not saying that someone went in and clicked on one of the Temporary Internet Files jpgs - the witness was just describing what was on the screen capture. Of course that's what shows up on the screen capture - that's where temporary internet files are stored on anyone's computer who uses Windows. What it means is that someone was surfing porn on 2/4 while DW was at the police station.
