To: palo verde

I looked up kielbasa sausage and found this one made of turkey. From other sites, it seems that the kielbasa is in fact made from lean cuts of pork and sometimes veal is added in.

I must look for this on our next sausage occasion.

ones in packages are not as tasty as those homemade in polish sausage store
but try it and see if you like it
when I get back from swimmin' I will tell you the various ways my polish neighbors used it
the polish restaurants all fried it up with eggs as breakfast
but I have other tasty simple recipes I got from my neighbors
andysmom prolly knows more recipes than me
Chicago is famous for its kelbasa
(lol she made that earthy statement bout kelbasa)
(habs was sweet not to tease her bout it)
