Jicamas are pretty bland..but are kind of crunchy. Vaguely like radishes without the bite....They are much larger than radishes though...Enjoy and help the Mexican farmer..lol..

and cans of Award for Happy too
so when they bug me for food I don't even have to get up
Lulu likes to be handfed

I love juicy, crisp and crunchy jicamas but - isn't it best to take some Beano before, during or after????

You sure are right about Palo being well trained by her Lulu and Happy....

Speaking of Dizzy, hes sitting in the hall now, and I know hes preparing to come at me pretty soon, with his pathetic meowing, and rubbing up against my legs...he sure does know what buttons to push...

Palo, you are a trip...Kraft Singles, and doggie food, right on the desk, for use when needed...

You know, dizzy will eat his regular hard kitty food from his bowl...

But he special treats, that he likes several times a day, he will not eat from a bowl...he wants to be hand fed each treat one at a time...spoiled, spoiled, pets...(but then, we would not have them any other way)

Never had a gas problem with eating jicamas, but 'What do I know'..lol lol....And you know men!!!!!....

It must be just a human reaction.

Once an accident happened right in front of me to friends (we were caravanning during a real estate thing) and everything went into slow motion. I'd heard of that before but it was really strange - I couldn't control it while it was happening although I handled my car perfectly normally. Must be built-in safety mechanisms, huh? Altho yours could have been very, very bad if you'd been home alone.

I never thought about it like that, but yes, thank goodness, I was not home alone when that fire happened...I might not be here today...

Well, Mr. Dizzy is here, telling me its time to get offline, and pay him some attention...I swear, he must have a little kitty wristwatch on his paw...he just seems to come and get me at about the same time each night...

I should go to bed early tonite...need to get early in the morning, and post some bills...
