A Freeople - it's kind of a long, evolving story. But I'll give it a shot. Last year, a whole bunch of us were banned from another site for what seemed to be pretty arbitrary reasons, like committing the sin of addressing a post to another poster. Many of us found our way over here, and a "reunion" thread was begun. After a few threads, the name became "You People" because of the way we had been addressed by the staff on the other site. The thread name evolved to Freeoples, for People who Freep. I think. Anyway, it has been evolving, we discuss politics, post links to stories that are pushing our buttons, have heated discussions on issues of the day, have friendly discussions, joke around, etc. I hope you drop by now and then and join us!

To: Rowdee;null and void
Grandson. and the one on the right in the first post feeding him is my daughter.
I'm not sure how big they are Nully. I have dial up and they load pretty easily for me, so they must not be too bad.
To: Mo1
what kind of puter did you get, Mo? How big is it? Since you got it just now, did you give it an appropriate name like say Patrick in honour of St Patrick Day?
Happy St. Paddy's Day, Miss O'Donnell clansman!! :)
To: sweetliberty
Nifty Pics, SL! Happy St. Paddy's Day to ye..and Top of the Mornin too!
did any of you out there see the terrific histroy of Ireland that was on the History Channel last night? It was wonderful. Follwing that there was the history of ST. Patrick himself. "Tis a great day to be Irish!!!
To: celtic gal
Great day to be Irish? I have to agree - it's rainy and gray here in Waco today - must be in honor of Ireland. *L* However, I am American, and don't like to hyphenate that, even with
Irish. I'll let people figure it out for themselves when they see how good I look in
green.I went to a church I hadn't been to before this morning. Very nice friendly people, less than a mile from the house. The pastor had a good message, but wasn't pompous at all, just a plain-speaking gentleman. Next Sunday I'll get the kids out of bed in time to go with me - a new youth director is starting then, too.

Good afternoon or good morning, depending on your particular time zone. Good to see you all here. And a top o' the morning (or afternoon depending on your local time zone) to you all! I'd post a gif, but I don't have an image server these days. so,
HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY
