What I don’t understand is - it is being reported that the first officer/co- pilot stabbed the captain pilot . However, the pilot that is injured in the video has 3 stripes. A first officer has 3 stripes - not the Captain. The Captain has 4 stripes.
The co-pilot only sustained minor injuries. So, that video is the pilot who was attacked - and he’s the co-pilot… not the pilot.

Can anyone explain?
Captain was the closer one with uniform shirt off, having stab wounds attended. The 3-striper in back was the terrorist stabber, seemingly restrained and unconscious but also being given oxygen.
Surely this was all a misunderstanding when the co-pilot just wanted to send Hawaiian greetings to a snack bar.
