NY Mayor Di Blasio appointed his wife Chirlane McCray head of
“ThriveNYC” in 2015 to overhaul the city’s “mental health services.”
Critics pointed out that roughly $850 million to $1.2 billion
tax dollars was allocated to the program over several years.
Yet, Chirlane could provide no accountability on how the tax funds were spent.
