In the USA, that number is approximately 40 machines per million people
Its why people with orthopedic problems, cancer, etc... wait 8-12 months for diagnosis.
The extremely high taxes Canadians pay is justified by their leftist elites who say its necessary because Canada is a "compassionate" country. It's pure bullshit.
