I met Linda in the mid 1980s and had extensive conversations with her. She is pretty smart, well-schooled, and is careful and though with investigations. She documents very carefully and brings experts in other fields to those sites.

I was impressed.

She is no spring chicken at this time, probably tuckered out after chasing this phenomenon all over the world.

One thing is true - whatever the agency may be, it is not human. These places are remote with no tracks in or out, there is also a case to be made that they are ‘processed’ elsewhere and just dropped where they are found.
