If you drive by when it is drive the spring on the property and surrounding hot springs are quite interesting. The old owner tried to dig a well and hit a hot spring and a geyser has been erupting ever since.

I’ve never understood the draw of these things. Every year some real unpleasantness happens at one or another of them.
