And I don’t want notary publics to have any history of fraud, counterfeiting, embezzlement.
Voting is basic. Other things might have more qualifications than merely being a free adult citizen.
In Georgia, to be a notary, you have to be “of good moral character “ and have to have 2-3 attestor on your behalf.
