Earlier today I took a look at a Las Vegas betting site. Among the D’s, Newsom is the 2028 favorite there. AOC is second. Kamala is far down the list.
Interestingly enough, Barack Obama (who cannot run again) is listed higher than Hillary Clinton. Weird, huh?

There are people on polymarket betting that Trump will win the 2028 Republican primary.
It is very rare for a candidate who has lost a Presidential election to get another try. The only one in recent history who did and went on to win the election was Richard Nixon in 1968. Before that you have Adlai Stevenson in 1956 and Thomas Dewey in 1948, both of whom lost.
