I’m dealing with State Farm on an accident totally not my fault, and nobody is claiming otherwise.

18 month old car (2025 model) is totaled.

The ‘handler’ assigned to me is horrible and non-responsive, doesn’t take any initiative unless I call and leave a message. Calls me back, maybe. Doesn’t know anything. “I’ll look at your file.”

Told me I’m at the top of the priority if I email they’ll respond. I emailed Monday morning first thing. Tuesday Close of Business... crickets.

Been almost a month and I’m 100% fed up. And I used to get excellent support even 10 years ago. They have turned upside down. I’m very disappointed... and completely out of patience.

We stopped State Farm when Jake turned black.

An incompetent State Farm agent assisted us in 2005 when they insured a driver whom I rear-ended (softly). My high heel got caught on the floor mat when trying to put on the brake.

Technically, I should have had SOME culpability, but the driver’s agent was such a loser he never met a deadline. We “won” by default.
