I have to say that if I was going to be executed, I’d probably pick the firing squad. Much better than the gas chamber or electric chair. And with the recent misfires with lethal injection, probably cleaner than that too. If you still are alive after the first shot, someone walks up to you and puts a bullet in your head and that’s it. You’re gone.
Socrates was condemned to death for impiety. He died by drinking poison hemlock that was given to him. This would seem to be the calmest method of execution of them all.
But then again, it’s technically a suicide. And that’s a sin. (?)
What about the Canadian MAID option? The Canadian seem to like it alot. Many Canadians are dying to try it.
