Since when is a judge obliged to be "imaginative" in applying the law? If discernment of the law required great imagination, many regular folks would have no chance of being able to abide by it.

Need this for the federal bench. Watching Rehnquist and Ginsburg cling to their seats until they needed to be wheeled away in a body bag was pretty shameful.

Trump could not have run for the presidency in 2024 if there was an age limit of 76. Kamala Harris would now be US president. I will take 80 year old Trump over 60 year old Harris any day.
