I got the shingles vaccine through the VA. That stuff is really bad news if you get it.
I told my doctor no at first and when I got home I research it to see if those shots had the mRNA in it. The one that was just coming out had it. I went back a couple of days later and asked them which company made the shot, and as far as I could tell it was the older shingles shot that didn't yet have the mRNA in it so I got it but to be honest I probably would of talked myself into getting it if even it had the mRNA stuff in it cause like you said, shingles is pretty bad stuff. As far as the future goes I don't think we will be able to avoid it cause they are putting it in all kinds of shots and medicine, but I may have read that from a bad media source.
