A great meal here -
A garlic and lemon seasoned pork loin baked on a bed of good quality sauerkraut mixed with onion and apple slices.

1 seasoned pork loin
1 white onion sliced into 1-2” pieces.
2 apples - we like 1 red and 1 green - wedged but not too thin
1 package of good sauerkraut. Not a cheepo.
Mix-up the kraut, onions, and apples into a large glass pyrex pan - I think ours is 9x14”.
Place the pork loin on top.
Bake till the loin is 165 degrees.
So sorry - I forgot the pepper. Lot’s of ground pepper all over the kraut mix.
