There is utility to having a phone when you are driving around, but do I need to pay for my own tracking collar?? I think that Federal Reserve notes still say "Legal Tender for all debts public and private"?
Until they switch to digital currency - then 666 becomes imminent. I had to make an appointment with DMV a few weeks ago - busier than a popular ticket line. I went on line to make the appointment; no go! I had to leave a smart phone number. I got on the phone and waited on 'Hold' for some time.
I contacted the county mayor and asked if his govt represented all citizens or only citizens with smart phones. He sounded sympathetic but nothing has changed.
