I disapprove of canceling people. But your paradigm does not explain Roseanne, who was canceled for a tweet that was misinterpreted as being racist. Kanye’s remarks were blatant, hers construed as racist on account of her support for Trump. Also, supposing that the Joos! control the music industry in America, that does not account for his being canceled in Poland, where there is barely a minyan of Jooos! these days. For all of me, I wouldn’t object to him having a concert there even if he did not apologize. People should not get canceled. .
