I believe John Solomon accurately reports what his White House sources tell him. I believe the Trump administration is trying to test the response, of those who will be implicated by such a release, prior to the actual relealse by announcing it in advance. Then, address whatever trouble they try to start (IMPEACH! IMPEACH!!!).
