I remember a conversation with an Infectious Disease Nurse in the mid/late 2000s (circa late Jorge Bush or early Barry Sotero time frame). TB was on the rise in Kansas City for the first time in decades, and she flat out said that the main source was from illegals and showed me the data. If it was true back then it's true by at least a factor of 10 now.
