Sounds to me you most likely have in front of the cruiser more then once.
Whether you make stops or are being stopped do you believe that a stop is hazardous and potentially deadly?
What would my stops matter? Making stops are a well known and deadly action.
I have been stopped a few times and each stop had potential to be deadly.
Even worse troopers park roadside on the highways with lights off in an attempt to make stops.
