Is anything in the Epstein files considered actual evidence of a crime, or is it just here-say?

If there was any evidence of a crime it should have been prosecuted 20 years ago during the Obama Biden administration. Nothing can be done about it now.

I believe we’ve been told recently that there is no more in the material that is actionable against anyone, just material to smear reputations of people without anything to prosecute. People, of course, will believe what they want.

We may never know.
The Epstein Disclosure Act only requires that all UNCLASSIFED information on Epstein be disclosed.
There are well over 3 million more files that are classified secret which is a pretty stunning disclosure in and of itself.

Don’t ask a serious question like that.
But other than the material that was used to charge Epstein and Maxwell this stuff doesn’t rise to the level of actual evidence. People love to think that their a priori assumptions are proof so they think prosecutors are ignoring crimes.

There are emails, which can be substantiated by witnesses.

British authorities arrested Edward based off redacted evidence so explain that one. Question "the People" should be asking is why the redaction in the first place? Also not everything has been released, debate ideas, not cult of personalities/institutions members caught up in this honey pot represent.
