Good for them. Pisses me off Pennsylvania has their ballots in English and Spanish. But I’m sure that’s the goal.

In many places, One can bring in his/hers own translator.
That often means, that it is not the applicant, but the “translator” who takes the test!
DUH!!! ALL STATES SHOULD HAVE THIS!!

If you have tests in English and Spanish then you are discriminating against many, many people, e.g. people who speak German, Russian, Hungarian, French, ...
When people from other countries come to Florida and want to rent a car, what happens? Do they have to demonstrate English proficiency?
