Use the profits to rebuild the Venezuelan oil infrastructure including refineries to convert the high sulphuric oil to usable fuels. Sorry China, you’re out of luck. Instead of attacking China, cut off their fuel supplies.
They could use the Chicom money but Europe would be better. China can then get it from Russia.
